- ➤ Port Angeles High School band students will travel to Anaheim from March 26-31 for a film-scoring workshop and competition with other schools. They will preview their program at a March 4 performance at the school’s Performing Arts Center. Peninsula Daily News

- ➤ Friday night high school basketball saw the Bremerton Knights beat Port Angeles 66–59 without guard Jalen Davis as Enoch Taylor led with 29 points, while the Port Angeles girls crushed Bremerton 56–9; the boys will host Kingston tomorrow and the Roughriders bowl Olympic at 2:45 today.
