- ➤ The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe announced on Friday that the 100-year-old Railroad Bridge truss at the Dungeness River Nature Center will be rebuilt in steel to preserve its look and boost safety on the Olympic Discovery Trail — more project details will be shared soon. My Clallam County

- ➤ Peninsula Home Fund contributed a $10,000 grant through Olympic View Community Foundation + OMC Foundation to support the cancer center’s patient navigator program that helps arrange overnight stays and essential care for patients traveling for radiation treatment.
