- ➤ Peninsula College declared a financial emergency on Tuesday as it addressed a $1.8 million gap caused by lower enrollment and state funding challenges. The school will cut three jobs and streamline some courses — it plans to launch a new Dental Hygiene degree and expand Teacher Education programs. My Clallam County
- ➤ Architects with Integrus presented updated plans for the new Port Angeles High School campus and auditorium on Friday, Feb. 27, incorporating community feedback to cluster classrooms and consolidate parking for added safety.
