- ➤ Clallam County commissioners approved an updated Community Wildfire Protection Plan to reduce fire risk to homes, infrastructure and the local economy. The plan replaces the 2009 version and was developed with input from fire districts, tribal nations and state agencies to improve emergency response, vegetation management and public education.
