- ➤ Port Angeles listener Dustan Lloyd noted that the light tower at the Coast Guard base on Ediz Hook had not been working for weeks, prompting concerns for local navigation. - ➤ Clallam County commissioners approved $850,000 from HB 2163 and HB 2060 funds to assist local groups in addressing homelessness — funding projects for temporary shelters and affordable housing. - ➤ Contractors attended an event at the Red Lion Hotel in Port Angeles where they learned about bidding for the new Stevens Middle School; work will start in May and demolition of the old building will begin when the new school opens in fall.
