- ➤ The city of Port Angeles closed a portion of the Olympic Discovery Trail from now until May 16 for repairs on trail surfaces and shoreline armoring between Lee’s Creek and Morse Creek — the repairs follow damage from a winter storm in 2024 — the expenses will be reimbursed by a FEMA disaster relief grant.
