Volunteers will join the sixth annual Big Spruce Up today — a waterfront cleanup organized by the Port Angeles Waterfront District from 9 a.m. to noon.
The event focuses on Front Street between Peabody and Lincoln and City Pier, and offers tools and refreshments for participants.
🏛️ Government
Clallam County will host four public forums from May 7 to May 11 to update its Parks Comprehensive Plan.
Sessions will be held at Port Angeles Main Library’s Raymond Carver Room, Sequim’s KSQM radio studio, Forks Library, and Sekiu Community Center.
🏈 Sports
Port Angeles prep sports saw mixed results today as the tennis team won 5-2 over Bremerton but fell 6-1 against Kingston, and the baseball team shut out Bremerton 2-0 while the Wolves head to Chimacum with a pregame at 3:45 p.m. and first pitch at 4:00 p.m.
