- ➤ Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife officials cited two anglers for illegally snagging salmon near the Sol Duc Fish Hatchery last week—officers seized two foul-hooked fish from a catch of four chinook and issued citations for exceeding the daily limit, using barbed hooks, and failing to record the catch.
