- ➤ More than two dozen arts and culture groups in Clallam and Jefferson counties, including the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center, will share flexible funds from a statewide $10 million grant program administered by ArtsFund and supported by Allen Family Philanthropies. The center plans to use its average grant of about $13,318 to boost program operations and staff capacity — helping keep free or low-cost arts programs available. Peninsula Daily News
