The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife closed the Quillayute River to fishing on Wednesday, Sept.
9 due to low river flows and poor water conditions; the ban remains until further notice covering the stretch from the Olympic Park boundary to the confluence of the Sol Duc & Bogachiel rivers.
