17—he will also join the boards of First Fed and First Northwest Bancorp, replacing Matthew P. Deines who resigned in July. Queyrouze brings over 40 years of banking experience from roles at various banks and fintech companies.

In Port Angeles, City Manager Nathan A.
West declared a Stage III Water Shortage yesterday — the Elwha River flowed below 300 CFS for five days, and the City Council then imposed restrictions that ban non-essential water uses like washing vehicles, irrigating lawns, and hosing paved areas.

The Harvest of Hope Wine — Dinner Gala will be held on Sept.
27 at Guy Cole Event Center in Sequim to raise funds for a new 3D Clarix Breast Specimen Imager that will help Olympic Medical Center perform advanced breast cancer surgeries. The event—presented by Sound Community Bank and Arrow Marine Group—will lower the need for repeat surgeries by giving surgeons a 360-degree view of tumor margins.
