The city of Port Angeles will begin re-lining the sanitary sewers under Francis Street on Monday—closures will affect the stretch between First and Second streets on Monday and Tuesday.

The project will repair over 3,000 linear feet of 100-year-old sewer mains and replace manhole covers and frames, and is expected to finish by the end of October.
