- ➤ Medicare beneficiaries on the North Olympic Peninsula are urged to seek free, in-person help from SHIBA volunteer counselors before the Dec. 7 deadline—Port Angeles residents can visit the Senior Center on Nov. 14, 21, or Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and should bring all required documents to review their plan options.
