Honda Aircraft Company acquired ACTI at midnight Friday on Port Angeles property—ACTI will now operate as Port Angeles Composites and continue making aerospace parts for HondaJet.
The company plans to expand its campus with 140,000 sq. ft and is expected to add over 100 well-paying jobs to the community.
