- ➤ Food banks across the North Olympic Peninsula are updating services to meet rising demand, falling donations, and higher costs. In Port Angeles, the food bank cut four part-time Market positions (now open 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays through Fridays) as they plan to reassess staffing early next year. Peninsula Daily News
