On Sunday, July 6, a human-caused fire called Bear Gulch Fire burned about 200 acres near the Mt. The project aims to reduce sediment buildup caused by past logging practices.

The stage 3 alert allows even-numbered addresses to water on even days and odd-numbered addresses on odd days, while the stage 4 alert requires customers to reduce indoor water use as well.
